Steps to Send an Estimate

Complete the Estimate Template
- Ensure your estimate or proposal template is finalized and meets your standards.

Review and Send
- Click the Review and Send button located in the top right corner.

Address Warnings
- Bolster will display warnings for low costs, low dimensions, or low counts:
- Review these warnings to determine if they are intentional or require updates.
- Adjust the proposal as needed.

Customize the Proposal
- Add additional recipients by CC’ing other clients or internal team members.
- Write a short message to accompany the proposal if desired.
- Attach files or pictures to provide additional context or documentation.
- Set an expiry date for the quote if necessary.

Send the Estimate
- Once all details are finalized, click the Send button.
- The proposal will be sent to the primary client and anyone else CC’d.
