Managing Company Settings in Bolster
This guide explains how to navigate and update your company settings in Bolster. From updating contact details to customizing job-specific settings, this section allows you to tailor your account to meet your business needs.
1. Access Company Settings, In the left-hand column, click More.

2. In the left-hand column, click Admin. Then select Company Settings.

3. Update Company Information
Within Company Settings, you can edit:

Company email
-
Phone number
-
Address

4. If you scroll down through these settings, you can also do the following steps:
Manage Tax Details:

Update or change the tax rate applied to your jobs.
5. Add Company Bio & Social Media:

Enter a company bio to display in proposals and client-facing documents.

Add your company’s social media links (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
6. Adjust Account Settings:

Use the toggles and dropdown menus to:

Add or change account criteria.

Customize preferences for your business needs.
7. Set Profit Defaults:

Update your default project profit.

Set a minimum project profit to protect margins.
