How to Import a Global Assembly into a Proposal in Bolster
Adding global assemblies into a proposal is a useful time-saving tip when building out estimates.
To import a Global Assembly into your proposal in Bolster, follow these steps:

Access Your Proposal:
- Open the proposal where you want to add a Global Assembly.

Add an Item:
- Click on the "Add Item" button.

Browse the Item Catalog:
- Select "Browse Full Item Catalog."

Select the Bolster Legacy Catalog:
- Click on "Bolster Legacy Catalog."
- If you do not have access, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Bolster for assistance.

Choose a Global Assembly:
- Browse through the catalog, which contains over 500 Global Assemblies.
- Click on the desired assembly to select it. Ensure the checkmark is enabled.

Add to Estimate:
- In the top right-hand corner, click "Add to Estimate" to include the assembly in your proposal.

Review and Edit:
- Once added, you can choose to go through a tutorial or skip it.
- Open the assembly by clicking the blue plus button to view sub-assemblies and items.
- Edit the items as needed.
