How to Create a New Client

Creating a new client in Bolster is a straightforward process that is essential whenever a new individual requests a proposal. Follow these steps to add a new client to your pipeline:

Log in to your Bolster Account

Navigate to your Pipeline on the left hand side of the screen. (through favorites or essentials, they both go to the same place)

Click "Create new"

Select "Create a New Client/Lead"

Enter your clients 10 digit phone number or email

Click "Next"

Add your new client/leads details and chose whether this is a residential or commercial client.

Add their address

Before saving a new client, you may also specify the lead source by selecting the appropriate option from the lead source menu. (optional)

Once all steps are complete, you may now save your new client.

Congratulations! You have successfully created a new client. From here, you may choose to create an estimate, view the client's profile, add another client, or view all existing clients in a list. If you do not wish to take any further action, simply select CANCEL at the bottom of this menu.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage new client entries in Bolster, ensuring your pipeline remains organized and up-to-date.
