How to Create a New Client in Bolster

Creating a new client in Bolster is a straightforward process that is essential whenever a new individual requests a proposal. Follow these steps to add a new client to your pipeline:

How-to:

1. Go to Pipeline from the side menu:

  • Select Pipeline under Dashboards from the side menu.

2. Create Client:

  • Click the three dots next to Estimates.

  • Select Create New from the dropdown menu

3. Enter Estimate Details:

  • Enter the estimate name. This can be an address, code word, last name or anything you like.

4. Select or Create Client:

  • Click on the Choose button
  • You can choose an existing client or create a new one.

5. Enter Client Info:

  • Enter the client’s email and click Next.

  • Fill in additional client info as needed. Hover over each field to see if it’s a required field.

6. Save New Client:

  • Once all info is entered, click Save.

7. Finish:

  • Your new client will be saved as a Fresh lead in pipeline.
