Click on the Add Item button to add a new row for the item.
2. Add Item Details:
- Click the item icon to open a modal to enter item details.
- Such as Attributes/traits, Optional: add image, Unit price.
3. Cost Type:

Material cost?

Labor cost?

Subcontracted? or combination?

For this example, select Material Costs only.
4. Modify Unit and Price:
