Saving Proposals
While working on proposals it is important to save changes frequently. The system will auto-save periodically unless you disable that option.
1. To save a proposal, click the blue save button on the bottom right of your screen and select “Save changes.”
- NOTE: This differs from the Assembly/Item saving in that this just saves the changes for this specific proposal and doesn’t have any effect on the item database.
2. Once saved, that button will turn gray meaning all the changes on the proposal have been saved. It turns to blue when there are changes that have yet to be saved. Your proposal will auto-save periodically as you are building it.
