Resolving undelivered emails to a customer
Problem
Customers may report that emails are not being delivered to them
Solution
Our applications uses a 3rd party service called SendGrid to send emails. It is possible that the customers address has been added to a “Bounced” list within this service, which will result in delivery failures.
- Use the search on the Activity page of SendGrid to confirm that the email in question is being delivered to successfully.
The most common resolution is to log into SendGrid and navigate to the Bounces list. Once here, find the email address in question and delete it from the list.
