How to block your client from seeing their proposal without deleting it
You are able to block the client from seeing proposal without actually deleting it.

Find your client in the Clients list page, from the Pipeline or on the sidebar of the proposal.

Open the client’s profile/settings window

Click the actions button (the button with three little dots ( … ))

Choose Change status
-
Then choose either Blocked, or Inactive
The next time your client tries to view their proposal they will get an error message and will be unable to view it.
