Hiding public items and assemblies from your item selector
You can hide the CostCertified item library of pre-built assemblies and items from the view of your estimators/sales people.
1. Open Settings and services panel
2. Go to the Estimating settings page
3. At the top, under general settings, turn off Allowed to see public items
