Hide the pre-built items and assemblies from item selector

After you build up a library of your own items you probably don’t want to see the marketplace of pre-built items and assemblies, and your sales people could get distracted and choose the wrong items.

To see only your company’s items, follow these instructions:

1. Open a quote

2. Click the add new item button, to open the item selector panel

3. ‘All’ is selected by default at the start

4. Once open, if you search and see generic items and assemblies listed, click on ‘Your item library’ category. This will show you only what exists in your library, even when searching. 

5. When you choose ‘Your item library’ it will save your preference for the future.
