Add a profile picture for a user

You can add a picture for your users, or each user can add their own.

To add a profile picture for your users in your company

  1. Open the Settings and services panel and go to the Users page

  2. Double click on the row with the user you wish you to change, their user panel will come up

  3. From the user panel go to the Settings tab

  4. Scroll down until you see the Picture section. If there is no picture, it will have a button that says None, add one. Click the button.

  5.  When the File selector panel opens, choose an existing file by clicking on it, or upload one, and choose Select.

  6. Click Save from the user panel to save your change

To add a profile picture for yourself

  1. Click on your user icon on the top right of your navigation bar

  2. Choose My profile

  3. Once in your profile page, follow the steps 4 - 6 from above
