How to View and Revert Change Order Versions

Overview
The Change orders page in an estimate shows every revision and change order, including ones that have been sent to the client, seen, or approved. It also keeps the intermediate versions of your quote that were saved along the way, so you can see when each version was saved, review what changed, and revert to an earlier version if needed.

Open Your Quote Versions

1. In the left-hand menu, click Jobs.

2. Click Job list and select the estimate. You can also click Pipeline and select it from there.

3. In the estimate's left sidebar, under Production, click Change orders. The Revisions and change orders page opens, showing each revision (for example, Revision #1 and Initial Version) with its price, the date it was saved, and whether it has been sent, seen, or approved.

View Intermediate Versions

1. Click the intermediate saves row below a revision (for example, 45 intermediate saves). The list expands to show each Intermediate save and the date it was saved.

2. To see what was changed in a version, click the Review changes icon to the right of that save.

3. To look at that version of the quote or use it as your live version, click the revert icon (the circular arrow) to the right of that save.

Why This Matters

• You can see every saved version of your quote and when it was saved, not only the versions sent to the client.
• If a change needs to be undone, you can revert to an earlier version and use it as your live version.

Summary

To view past versions of a quote, open the estimate and click Change orders in the left sidebar. Expand the intermediate saves to see each saved version and its date, review the changes made in a version, or revert to it and use it as your live version.
