Manually Accepting Proposals

This guide explains how to manually move an approved estimate into Booked Projects without using the standard e-signature flow. Perfect for situations where you’ve received verbal or handshake approval.

Manually Accept a Proposal (Without Using the E-Signature Flow)

Use when: You have verbal/handshake approval and want to move an estimate into Booked Projects manually

Steps

  1. Go to your pipeline

  2. Find the project

    • Locate the estimate you want to convert to a booked project.

  3. Reveal actions

    • Hover over the project row to display available actions.

  4. Mark as booked

    • Click Mark as Booked

Result

  • The project moves from the Estimates tab to the Booked Projects tab.

  • No signed contract is captured — this bypasses the software’s e-signature/approval step

Notes

  • If you require a signed agreement, use the standard proposal approval flow instead of marking as booked.
