How to Toggle Column Visibility

Learn how to show or hide columns like quantity or production details in your sheet view estimate using the Toggle Columns settings.

Overview
While working in the sheet view of your estimate, you can show or hide different columns depending on what information you want visible, such as quantity or production details. Your column visibility settings are saved as your default for the project going forward.

Before You Begin

  • Have your estimate open in sheet view.

1. In your sheet view estimate, click the gear icon labeled Toggle Columns.

2. In the list of columns, toggle off any column you don't want to see, such as Quantity.

3. Toggle on any column you want to see, such as Production Details.

4. Save your changes.

Once saved, these toggle settings become your default column visibility settings for the next time you estimate this project.
