How to Generate Specific AI Upgrade Selections

Overview
Bolster's built-in AI can add upgrades to a line item for you. You can either let the AI choose the upgrades for you, or pick from upgrades the AI suggests.

Open the Line Item

1. In the left-hand menu, click Jobs.

2. Click Job list and select the estimate. You can also click Pipeline and select it from there.

3. In the estimate, click the cube icon on the line item you want to add upgrades to (for example, Shingles). The item's details open.

4. Click Sales, optionality and upgrades to expand it.

Let AI Choose Upgrades for You

1. Next to Sales, optionality and upgrades, click Add upgrades for me.

Pick From AI-Suggested Upgrades

1. Under Add upgrades for this item?, click Simple list.

2. Click Get started!. The Selection options editor opens.

3. Wait while the AI finds options. The suggestions appear under Suggested options at the bottom of the page.

4. Add any of the suggested options you want to offer as upgrades.

Why This Matters

• You can add upgrade options to a line item without searching for each one yourself.
• You stay in control: let the AI choose, or pick only the suggestions you want.

Summary
