How to Download & Print Proposals

This guide explains how to download and print proposals from Bolster. These steps are useful for saving proposals in your office files, on your computer, or for sharing printed copies with clients.

Open the estimate you want to print the proposal for and ensure your estimate is finalized and ready to be downloaded or printed.

Click "Preview" (found under "Pre-Production" in the left-hand menu).

Scroll to the bottom of the preview to find the Project Summary.

  • Click Download PDF to save the proposal to your computer.

 

  • The saved PDF can be stored in digital folders or printed for physical filing.

  • Ensure your printer is properly connected and configured for hassle-free printing.
