How to Change the Salesperson on an Individual Job

Overview
Each job has roles assigned to it, such as the salesperson, project manager and designer. You can change who is assigned to these roles, and change the customer, from the job's settings.

Change the Salesperson or Other Roles on a Job

1. In the left-hand menu, click Jobs.

2. Click Job list and select the estimate. You can also click Pipeline and select it from there.

3. In the estimate's left sidebar, click Settings at the bottom.

4. Under Roles, click the dropdown next to Estimator / sale / customer owner and select the person who should be the salesperson on this job.

5. To change the project manager, click the dropdown next to Project manager and select a person.

6. To change the designer, click the dropdown next to Designer and select a person.

Change the Customer on a Job

1. On the same Settings page, scroll down to Job details.

2. Click the dropdown next to Customer and select the customer.

Why This Matters

• You can reassign the salesperson, project manager or designer on an individual job without changing anything else.
• The customer on a job can be changed from the same page.
