How to Add or Update Your Company Logo (White Labeling)

This feature allows you to personalize the platform with your own branding, making the experience feel more tailored to your company.

Overview

The white labeling feature lets you replace the default platform logo with your own company logo. This change applies company-wide, meaning it will be visible to all users within your organization.

⚠️ Important: White labeling is not user-specific. Once updated, the logo and branding apply to the entire company.

How to Access Company Settings

  1. Navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the application.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the sidebar and locate Settings (just above Messages).

  3. Click Settings to expand the menu.

  4. Select Company Settings.

Uploading Your Company Logo

  1. In Company Settings, locate the logo area in the top-left corner of the page.

    • This is where the default platform logo previously appeared.

  2. Click on the logo area to upload a new image.

  3. Select your logo file from your computer (png or jpeg image format works).

  4. Click Add.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Once saved, your new logo will appear immediately in the interface.

Adjusting Background Color (If Needed)

If your logo is not wide enough to fully fill the logo space, you may notice padding or empty space on the sides.

To adjust this:

  1. Use the color picker available next to the logo settings.

  2. Choose any color from the palette to act as a background buffer.

  3. Click Save once you’re happy with the selection.

This helps ensure your logo looks clean and well-integrated within the layout.

Notes & Best Practices

  • Use a high-resolution logo for the best visual quality.

  • Horizontal (wide) logos tend to fit best in the available space.

  • Always remember to click Save after making changes.
