How to Add an Image Gallery Item

An image gallery item lets you display multiple pictures within your estimate, such as similar past projects or examples of your best work, to showcase your work to the client.

Before You Begin

• Identify the pictures you want to include in the gallery (for example, photos of similar completed projects or your best work).
  
  

1. In your Estimate, click the Plus Item button.

2. Scroll down to More, then select Image Gallery.

3. Name the image gallery item if you want to.

4. Add multiple pictures to the gallery.

• Use the Plus button next to the pictures, or
• Use the tools in the background to add pictures.

5. Move the image gallery item up or down within your estimate as needed.

Many contractors move the image gallery to the top of the estimate so clients see it first.

Tips & Best Practices

• Position for Impact: Consider moving the image gallery to the top of your estimate so it's the first thing your client sees.
• Name It Clearly: If you name the gallery, use a description that tells the client what they're looking at.
