Using Tasks for Project Management

Learn how to view and create tasks directly within a Bolster estimate.

Overview
You can work with tasks directly from within an estimate, without leaving the project.

Before You Begin

  • Have the estimate open that you want to work in.

1. Within the project, in the left-hand sidebar under the Production section, click Tasks directly.

2. This displays all tasks that exist within that estimate.

3. You can create tasks either directly here in the estimate's Tasks tab, or from elsewhere in Bolster -- either way, they will show up together in this list.

Why This Matters

  • Keeps tasks tied to the specific estimate they belong to, so you can see everything relevant to a project in one place.

Summary
