Changing presentation settings

Overview
Presentation settings control what your client sees in the proposal. You can add, change or remove items such as your logo, banner, credentials, awards and certifications, attachments, terms and conditions, and turn visibility settings on or off.

Open the Proposal Presentation

1. In the left-hand menu, click Jobs.

2. Click Job list and select the estimate. You can also click Pipeline and select it from there.

3. In the estimate's left sidebar, click Proposal presentation. This shows a general overview of what your client will see.

Change the Presentation Settings

1. In the toolbar at the bottom of the presentation, click the gear icon (Presentation settings). The Theme settings panel opens on the right.

2. Scroll through the panel and add, change or delete the settings you need. These include:

• Logo and Banner
• Credentials
• Awards & certifications
• Attachments
• Cover letter
• Default send message
• Presentation-specific terms & conditions

3. Under Estimate visibility settings, turn each toggle on or off to choose what your client can see (for example, Show payment terms?, Show project discount or Show item costs).

4. Click the X in the top right of the panel to close it. Your changes show on the presentation to your client.

5. When you are ready, send the proposal from this page with Send with message.

Why This Matters

• You control what your client sees in the proposal, so the presentation looks the way you envision it.
• Visibility toggles let you show or hide details such as pricing and payment terms.
