Bolster Product Update - May 13, 2026

We're excited to share the latest updates released on May 13th, 2026. This release brings two significant improvements — a fully redesigned proposal presentation experience and multi-language support across the platform.

New Proposal Presentation

We've redesigned the proposal experience from the ground up. The new version is cleaner, more contained, and built to give both you and your clients a more professional and intuitive experience.

What's new?

  • A streamlined sidebar on the right-hand side consolidates all your editing options in one place — including select tools, upgrades, and item-level settings.

  • To edit any item, simply hover over it and click the edit button that appears. The sidebar will open with everything you need:

    • Quantities and pricing

    • Presentation settings

    • Item-specific options

  • Theme settings remain accessible at the bottom of the presentation view.

  • The new version is available now — simply click Try It from your current proposal to switch over.

Want to revert to the classic view?

If you prefer the original layout, you can switch back at any time:

. Navigate to Company Settings

2. Go to S-Main Settings

3. Scroll approximately halfway down to Presentation Settings

4. Select Classic from the dropdown to revert

Multi-Language Support

Bolster now supports over 55 languages across the platform. This is a user-specific setting, meaning each team member can set their own preferred language independently — it does not change the language for the entire company.

What's new?

  • 55+ languages now available across the Bolster interface.

  • Each user can configure their own language preference independently.

  • The platform will update to the selected language immediately after saving. 

How to set your language:

1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

2. Select Manage Users.

3. Find the user you want to update and double-click to open their profile.

4. Click Settings and scroll down to the Localization section.

5. Select your preferred language from the dropdown and click Save.

6. The platform will refresh and display in the selected language.
