Bolster Business Account (Wallet)
Bolster Business Account is your built-in wallet. After you complete verification, Bolster creates this account automatically. All payments you collect through Bolster settle here first.
Please note that Business Accounts are currently only available in the US.
What the Business Account does
Use your Business Account to manage:

Money coming in from customer payments

Money going out to your external bank account
-
Transfers and payout history
-
Card spending (if you enable the virtual debit card)
It gives you one place to track cash flow inside Bolster.
When you get a Business Account
You get a Bolster Business Account after you finish onboarding:

Complete KYC/KYB during Financial features setup
-
Your merchant becomes active
-
Bolster provisions your Business Account automatically
From then on, payments you receive through Bolster settle directly into your account.
What you can see in the dashboard
Inside the Business Account dashboard you can view:

Current available balance
-
Recent transactions
-
Full history of activity, including:
-
Incoming payments
-
Transfers
-
Payouts (if applicable)
-
Status for each transaction

You can also open a transaction to see details, including what invoice or quote it relates to (when available).
Transfer funds out to your bank
You can move money from your Business Account to an external bank account.
You can do this in two ways:

Select a saved external bank account

Enter external account details for a new transfer
For each transfer, you can choose the settlement speed that fits your operations.
This helps when you need faster access to funds.
Top up your Business Account
You can add money into your Business Account from a connected external bank account.
Use this when you want to:

Keep funds available for card spending

Maintain a working balance inside Bolster
Enable the virtual debit card
You can activate a virtual debit card directly from the dashboard.
What happens when you enable it:

Activation is immediate
-
You can view and manage card status
-
You can monitor card transaction history
-
You can securely view full card details for online purchases or digital wallets
This lets you spend directly from your Bolster Business Account.
